1. Membership Activation:

   • Upon receipt of this form, Click OKC will initiate the setup of your membership, which includes:
     a. Creation of a personalized booking page exclusively for your use.
     b. Generation of a recurring monthly invoice, due on the 5th of each month.

2. Automatic Payments:

   • The recurring invoice can be set up for automatic draft payments.

   • To enable automatic drafts, you must notify Click OKC in writing.

3. Booking Policy:

   • You must use your personalized booking page to make reservations to receive member pricing.

   • Any bookings made through the public booking page will not reflect member rates and will be charged at the non-member rates.
